WHATS INCLUDED:
Trip Overview – Snapshot of your trip details on one page. Includes a countdown timer and quick links to the other sheets. Some information from this sheet is automatically pulled from other sheets.
Trip Research Sheet – A space for you to record all your plans for your trip. This page is split into the following sections – Transportation, Accommodation, Sightseeing & Activities and Places To Eat. When researching your trip you can record potential options relating to each section in this sheet, essentially creating a shortlist for each section. You can select your final options here too by ticking the checkbox (see images for more).
Transportation, Accommodation, Sightseeing & Activities and Places to Eat – Ive grouped these together but each one is a separate sheet. Within these sheets you will be able to view the final choices you selected in your Trip Research sheet. Here you can clearly keep track of the things you are ACTUALLY going to do.
Finances – Here you can manage your budget, categorise expenses, record all your transactions and track your spending. Includes charts, an interactive budget result and automated calculations which warn you when youre over budget.
Packing List – Here you can list everything you need and tick off as you pack. Includes packing lists for up to 6 people.
Checklist – A space to list all your tasks before your trip. Lists tasks to be completed one month, one week and one day before you leave. Includes a progress bar so you can easily track how youre progressing through your tasks.
Itinerary – Plan everything here so you dont waste a minute of your trip! The itinerary days automatically appear after entering your trip dates. Enter all your events here so nothing is missed. You can time block and colour code the itinerary to suit you! (see images for more).

The Travel Planner 2.0 is a digital product and once purchased you will receive a PDF Start Guide which you can instantly download. There is a link to the Travel Planner 2.0 in the start guide. All you need to get started is a Google Account (which is free and quick to create if you don’t have one already). There is also a video tutorial and a short instructions booklet included in your purchase to help you get started. You can also contact me anytime by sending me a message via my shop. PLEASE NOTE THIS PRODUCT IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH EXCEL.
