If you are using “Adobe Acrobat Reader” free version to open the editable pdf file, then press Ctrl+E to edit the text properties (font, text size, text color, etc). Please note that in this pdf version, the light blue color of the boxes is not printable.
With the other version you can add text, highlight and draw on the schedule. If you are using “Adobe Acrobat Reader” free version to open the non editable pdf file, then from the “Sign” menu select “Fill&Sign” and then select the “IAb” to add text.
